Where we deliver
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside the UK at this time. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us and we will let you know if that changes.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of your order being accepted. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from the date of your order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier schedules, the delivery address and stock availability. If we expect a delay we will contact you.
Some remote UK locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, may take longer. We will tell you before dispatch if your order is affected.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email confirming your order, and a further email once it has been dispatched. Where the carrier provides tracking, we will include the details so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away on info@tabard-aprons.co.uk and we will change it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is available, the carrier will normally leave a card and either attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. If a parcel is returned to us because it went uncollected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tabard-aprons.co.uk or on +44 7459 202831. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you, and we will put it right.
