These terms set out the basis on which we sell products to you through tabard-aprons.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We provide product information as accurately as we can, but small variations in colour and finish can occur between screen images and the item itself. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it to be fraudulent, or where there has been an obvious pricing error.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all orders, so the price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept card payments via Stripe and payments via PayPal. We do not store your full card details; payments are handled by those providers on their secure systems.
5. Delivery
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally.
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and to deliver within 2–4 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of the goods.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return the goods within a further 14 days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the return postage. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits those rights or your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
9. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery timescale or, if you prefer, cancel the order and refund you in full.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
